Only stayed 1 night, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this exceptionally comfortable and fantastic hotel. They gave us a standard king room with secure heated lockers for alll your ski stuff.

We had an absolutely amazing time. It had fantastic and peaceful location short walk to the Palmer slope and Italy and the center Of village. Again, the hotel was at a medium distance from Ortisei

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Ortisei. The location was incredible, with the Alpe di Suisi gondola just a 5-minute walk away, and the main town center just 10 minutes away on foot. We loved our room, which had a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the hills and a charming small church steeple. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options that were regularly replenished by the attentive staff. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a playroom for kids, a playground overlooking the hot tub, and a wellness center with saunas and hot tubs. The staff members were super sweet and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. this hotel provided high-quality comfort, cleanliness, and a convenient location, and we highly recommend booking in advance.

Liked our stay there, it was comfortable! This was a gorgeous family-friendly hotel in an unbeatable location. The room was modern and fantastic and equipped with plenty of hooks to hang ski clothes and comfortable beds, for example as described.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at this venue. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We were blown away by the quality of service here, from the room service to the housekeeping and laundry. The shuttle service was particularly helpful, allowing us to explore the area without worrying about finding parking. There were so many amenities available, including a beautiful terrace, soundproofed rooms, and a fitness centre. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner and special diet menus, as well as the spa lounge and Jacuzzi. This place truly has everything you need for a luxurious stay.
